  • The IAMSK Phenomenal Women's Conference will be held at Doubletree Hilton Reading located at 701 Penn St Reading, PA 19601.

  • The conference will be held on November 4, 2026 – November 7, 2026.

  • Announcements will be made via our conference website and social media channels.

  • No. Hotel accommodations are not included. The DoubleTree by Hilton is the designated host hotel and the exclusive provider of conference-discounted room rates. IAMSK and Liberty Christian Church are not responsible for lodging arrangements or costs. Attendees electing to stay at alternate hotels do so at their own discretion and expense, and no discounted rates will be honored outside of the host hotel.

  • Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided on November 5th and 6th. 

  • Transportation to and from the conference, including airfare, ground transportation, and parking, is not included in the conference registration fee. All attendees are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own transportation. IAMSK and Liberty Christian Church are not responsible for travel arrangements, delays, cancellations, or transportation-related expenses incurred by attendees.

  • Seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Currently, there are no plans for a virtual experience.

  • No. The IAMSK Phenomenal Women’s Conference is an adults-only event. Children are not permitted to attend, and childcare services will not be provided. All attendees are responsible for making their own childcare arrangements prior to the conference.

  • Yes. Attendees may submit a $50 deposit by selecting the “Pay for This in Installments” option on the registration form. The remaining balance must be paid in full by September 4, 2026. Conference registration is not confirmed until the full registration fee has been received. All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

  • Casual attire is recommended.
